Plastikon Industries offers injection tooling design and fabrication services utilizing 2D & 3D CAD mold designs, design for manufacturability, and complete engineering. We also provide rapid tooling, tooling progress reports (TPR), technical support, spare parts, gauge manufacturing, and a tooling Warranty of 1M shots or more. Tooling is finished to a high polish and can be produced for presses from 15 to 3,000 tons for injection molding or die cast parts. We produce molds for any production volume from a single cavity to high cavitation molds ranging in weight from 75 to 40,000 lbs. Molds are produced by EDM or high speed machining, all of which is closely monitored using our RJG Process Monitoring System.

In addition to our domestic operations, we maintain quality facilities in USA and China to serve our high volume customers. Our China tooling operations can provide standard international bases with runner system and tooling produced from certified steel.
